Scheduled Delivery and Pickup Options

We offer our customers the option to schedule the delivery of their orders via Flex Delivery or FermoPoint . After purchasing, you will receive an email from the shipping company with instructions on how to choose the day and time that is most convenient for you, or to decide to pick up the package at a pick-up point near you.

Prefer to collect your order in store? You can choose the Collect at 7HILLS STORE option directly at the time of purchase.
⚠ You have 30 days to collect your order in store. After this period, the item will be put back on sale and you will be issued a voucher of equal value, spendable in store or online, valid for 1 year.

Delivery Times:

• Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 1.00 pm will be processed the same day and delivered within 24/48 hours.
• Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Costs in Italy:

• DHL EXPRESS: €15.00

• BRT Fermo Point: €6.00

• Free shipping on orders over €85.00.

• COD: Supplement of €8.00 for cash on delivery orders.

Note: It is the customer’s right/duty to check the integrity of the package upon delivery, accepting it with reservation in the event of anomalies in the packaging.

Return Policy

You have the option to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Exceptions

• For the “Top 5 Deals” collection , at outlet prices, there are no returns or exchanges . All purchases from this collection are final.

• We do not offer cash back for products discounted over 40% and for orders placed with cash on delivery (COD).

  • For these purchases, a Gift Card of equal value will be issued , valid for 12 months .

  • This allows us to offer significant discounts and keep our skateshop sustainable.

Return Conditions

Before proceeding with the return, make sure that:

• The product is in the same condition in which you received it , with original tags and intact packaging.

• The return includes the entire product and not just a part of it.

• No audio-visual or sealed products have been opened.

If the return does not meet these conditions, it cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense , except in cases of error on our part or defective product.

• The customer can choose the courier he prefers, unless otherwise indicated by 7Hills Store.

• It is recommended to use a tracked service to avoid losses or disputes.

• 7Hills Store is not responsible for theft or damage during return shipping.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipping

• If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the defect and the product still with the tag.

• After our approval, you can return the product at no additional cost.

• This policy does not apply to items discounted for an obvious defect that has already been reported.

Non-Conforming Returns

If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions , you will have to arrange for collection at your own expense within 30 days of our communication. If collection does not occur within the established deadline, the product will be considered abandoned and disposed of without further obligations on our part.
